Our nursing home is one of the best care homes in Middlesbrough and one of the finest residential care homes in the UK, originally built in 1988 and refurbished in 2013. Within our care home, our excellent team provides fantastic services for our residents, from general nursing care and dementia assessment to dementia care, as well as respite services and elder care of all kinds.
Our exclusive, en-suite rooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring all-out luxury for those in our care. This calming and relaxing environment means a more relaxed resident, and in turn improves their living experience, which is what we value the most here at Ascot Care Home. Not only is the interior of our residential care home among the best in elder care and nursing homes in Middlesbrough, but we also provide a beautiful landscaped sensory garden at the rear of the property. This soothing environment is great for our residents, particularly those in need of dementia care.
No two residents are the same, and we understand that needs can be complex and vary on a case-by-case basis. No matter how complex your loved ones requirements are, however, our well-trained staff provide a thorough care home assessment, as well as dementia assessments to each potential resident. This helps us understand them as people as well as their requirements, so we are able to provide the best elder care and general nursing care possible.

But it’s not just elder care we provide, we’re also pretty handy in the kitchen. Our restaurant is fantastic and our residents love visiting for a bite to eat. We cater for a wide range of needs and taste requirements within the Ascot Care Home Restaurant, and our chef-led catering team are here to help your loved one enjoy their food as much as possible. The dining areas also feature Parisian murals to add to that feeling of opulence and luxury.
As well as a well-stocked library, we also provide a hairdressing salon for our residents. This means they can stay looking as fresh as possible with any style they desire, which gives them that added autonomy and a level of elder care you’re unlikely to find in other residential care homes in the UK. Our library is stocked with all kinds of books, so those who love to read are not left out and can spend hours enjoying a good book in a beautiful space as part of the nursing care they receive.
